Educational Support: Because of rampant poverty especially in the Telangana region most of the children do not get an opportunity to attend school. Hence many children are forced into working from an early age itself so that they can provide for their families. To provide a ray of hope to such deprived children and to give them an opportunity to enjoy life as a child, we are providing them with support. A child’s standard and status in the society is determined by education, which not only brings enlightenment but also helps one to boost his or her socio-economic conditions. 10 children are being supported for their education through this ministry.
VBS: Apart from the secular education we wanted to mould the children into future leaders by nourishing them with the word of God. Hence we are reaching the children through Vacation Bible Schools. We have been serving the children since 2001 and so far were able to conduct Children’s Camps in 62 villages reaching 5000 children impacting them with the love and compassion of Jesus Christ thus transforming them. |
